The campaign, which starts next month, will include 1.5 million bags of the TV snack, selling for $2.99 a pop.

Limited edition bags of South Park’s Cheesy Poofs will soon be flying off the shelves of Wal-Mart retailers nationwide.
To celebrate the 15th anniversary of the Comedy Central hit, Cartman’s favorite snack is hitting shelves in the real world. That’s right — this fall, 1.5 million packages of Cheesy Poofs, produced by Frito-Lay, will be introduced to shoppers of America’s largest discount retailer at the price of $2.99 a bag.
This isn’t the first time TV fans have been on the receiving end of some seriously cool cartoon-to-real-world crossover promotions. When The Simpsons Movie was released back in 2007, 7-Eleven stores were temporarily converted into Kwik-E-Marts. As if that wasn’t cool enough, they also sold Frosted KrustyOs and Buzz Cola.
Cheesy Poofs are just the beginning.
